Here is how this page is created. No coding required:
- Create 5 sidebars - 2 with horizontal widget alignment, 3 with vertical widget alignment.
- Create new page
- Create your layout - 1 full width column, 1 full width column, 1/3 column + 1/3 column + 1/3 column (few clicks with OTW Grid Manager)
- Insert the 5 sidebars in the columns
- Go to Appearance -> Widgets and drop some widgets in your new sidebars
